This first to market multimix is a complement to our range of natural flavoured icing sugars, which is perfect to make natural flavoured SMBC. But it can make so much more. The addition of pasteurised free range egg white means you no longer have to waste egg yolks or have to make something else to use them up. The product's flexibility enables you to make a variety of recipes to create shortbread biscuits, meringues, pavlovas, mousse, fluff, macarons, royal icing, and more. We are constantly working on more delicious recipes for you to incorporate this into your bakes.
The product comes in 500g bag and is white in colour, enabling you to colour it yourself to match your design theme using gel and dust colours.
As with our natural flavoured icing sugar, you can achieve a consistent flavour to your creations with this product, leaving your taste buds craving for more.
