Almonds absorb alot of liquid, so if you happen to find this product a little dry on occasion, just add a little water or brandy, knead it and it will come back to a beautiful consistency.

Select Foods use 26% ground almonds to make it as rich as possible & give that homemade taste that melts away on the palate.
