What are your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info.brigidscakeroom@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What are your shipping options?

We offer a flat rate of €5.75 to the Republic of Ireland , we do not offer internationally shippping at present.

When do you ship orders?

We will ship all orders Monday to Friday. We will achieve to get all orders out the day of, once they are placed before 1pm. 

We don't offer saturday delivery unless requested but if so this will incur an extra charge.We don't ship on Sundays or public hoildays.

When will I recieve my order?

Your order once it has left our premises should be with you within 1-2 days. If your packagage takes longer than 3 days, email us on info.brigidscakeroom@gmail.com and we will follow up on your query.

What do I do if I recieve a damaged item?

If you recieve a damaged order please take a photograph and forward it with your order number to our email address info.brigidscakeroom@gamil.com and we will be happy to help you.

How do I make changes or add to an order I already made?

If this happens please contact us via email with your order number and what alterations you would like to make. We will try our best to fullfill your request.

Do you have a tutorial on how to use your Liners?
