Our Extra Tall Round Ganaching Kit™ is a new innovative way of ganaching your sponge cake with ease. You will be able to achieve a smooth and symmetrical ganached cake with less mess, less time and no fuss, regardless of your skill level.
The Kit can be used with dark, milk and white chocolate ganache. For white and milk ganache pop it in the freezer to set quicker and harder for 4-5 hours.
It can also be used with butter ganache, buttercream, swiss meringue buttercream, jelly/gelatine and cheesecakes

* When purchasing your Kit, you need to pick a liner which is a size up from the sponge you want to ganache. So for an 8 inch cake you will want to buy a 9 inch liner and use it with a 9 inch tin.
